Oliver Frail, President and Senior Compliance Analyst, graduated from Salem College in 1995 with a B.A. in Business Communications. Prior to her involvement in the E-rate program Oliver worked for 10 years in sales and customer support, implementing Early Childhood and Assistive Technology in Public School & Head Start classrooms, nationwide.  Oliver began assisting SAI in December of 2004, and joined the firm as a fulltime Associate Compliance Analyst in May of 2005. To date, Oliver is the president and sole proprietor of SAI and a full time Senior Compliance Analyst providing all aspects of E-Rate Advisory and Compliance Services to over 40 Public School Districts in NC, SC and GA.

Oliver attends USAC Applicant and Service Provider Trainings as well as biannual E-mpa (E-rate Management Professional Association) meetings.

Jamie Tomlinson, Budget Analyst and Traffic Manager, joined SAI in December 2012 after working for 10 years in the financial industry, specializing in regulatory compliance, capital analysis, contract mitigation and remediation and account reconciliation.

Jamie conducts reviews and analysis for new applications and post commitment reimbursements but managing the Five Year Budgets of our SAI Clients consumes a majority of her time.  For four months out of the year, Jamie serves as traffic manager for all requests for solicitations, preparation of addenda to solicitations, incoming contracts and general tracking and management of open bidding processes.
